If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents in time.

*1. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*2. Photocopy of valid passport

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included

*3. Physical Examination Form

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

*4. Non-criminal Certificate

Documents in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization; Provided by local police office; Generally only valids in 3~6 months

*5. High school graduate certificate

Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and the translated documents must be certified by the notary authority or embassy of your country of domicile.

*6. High school academic transcript

Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and the translated documents must be certified by the notary authority or embassy of your country of domicile.

*7. Resume

8. Other materials

Please describe your previous Chinese learning experience and current Chinese level, and submit your HSK transcript if you have one.

9. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct

Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
