You can go here: https://english.buct.edu.cn Then find "Faculty", find the professors of your college and major, communicate with them, and ask one of them who accepts you to fill out the acceptance letter for you, print it, fill it out, and sign it. Then send us a scanned copy of the signed letter.

*4. Photocopy of valid passport

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included

*5. Physical Examination Form

-Download the form template, print it, and bring it to a hospital for the required medical tests. The hospital will complete the form with your results.
-The medical examination must cover all items listed on the form.
-Ensure your photo is attached and the form is stamped and signed by the hospital after the examination.
-The medical results are valid for 6 months only.
-Forms that are incomplete, lack a final physician’s suggestion, missing the attending physician’s signature, official hospital stamp, or applicant’s sealed photo will be considered invalid.
-The document must be in English or Chinese.

Documents in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization; Provided by local police office; Generally only valids in 3~6 months

Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test),No need for English medium programs

*8. Bachelor's degree diploma

Diploma in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
